Bristan Group, which includes Bristan and Heritage Bathrooms, has scooped not one but two accolades at the prestigious UK Customer Experience Awards, taking home the Gold award for Best Employee Engagement and the Bronze award for Best Contact Centre Small.
Designed to recognise excellence in the field of customer experience, the UK Customer Experience (CX) Awards is the largest CX event in the world. The winners were announced at a glamorous black-tie ceremony at Wembley Stadium on 11 October, marking the ninth year of The CX Awards.
The award for Best Employee Engagement – The Voice of Employees, recognises organisations which have invested in inspirational learning and development programs, and the impact this ultimately has on customer experience. A key priority for Bristan Group, the brand’s commitment to employee engagement saw it take Gold at The CX Awards, reinforcing its existing status as one of the Top 100 Companies to Work For, as rated by The Sunday Times.
Bristan Group also took the Bronze award for Best Contact Centre Small – Customer Satisfaction, a category which recognises excellence in customer experience from contact centres with 100 employees or less. Championing customer service teams which manage their customer experience through a multi-channel approach, this achievement highlights the innovative developments implemented by the Bristan customer experience team in recent years.
Jeremy Ling, CEO of Bristan Group, comments: “This is a fantastic accolade and well-deserved recognition of a brilliant team delivery of our mission to achieve extraordinary customer service, also shining a light on our successful on-going commitment to creating a great place to work.
“We firmly believe that delivering outstanding customer service relies on having an engaged and enthusiastic team, and these two awards demonstrate the success which this philosophy has delivered for the business. I’d like to thank the Customer Contact Centre for their exceptional work and to congratulate them on receiving these prestigious awards”.
